Harvesting is all about collecting high quality data to enable analysis of your crop’s performance for future seasons. The main focus is to make sure your machines are set-up properly to collect the correct data.
If you are using a different header width on your combine or SPFH to your other implements, make sure your guidance lines are correctly set-up for your harvester.
For forage harvesting with HarvestLab constituent measurement you will also want to analyse the harvested silage to start planning your winter feedstocks.

The yield and moisture sensors as well as HarvestLab constituent measurement require calibrating at the start of the harvest. You will also need to check that field data is automatically stored in the John Deere Operations Center™. If you are using a contractor for harvesting you can either give them temporary access to your John Deere Operations Center™ account, or ask them to transfer the data at the end of the harvest.
